1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of Oreo services operated by Nearzero in the United States (USA).
By using Oreo, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old, or older if required by your local law.
- You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not use Oreo to violate laws, rights, or third-party terms.
- Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt service operations.
- Do not use Oreo for abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior.
4. User Content and AI Output
You retain ownership of content you submit to Oreo. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display that content to deliver the service.
AI-generated output may contain errors or resemble public or third-party material. You are responsible for reviewing output before production use.
5. Payments and Billing
Paid features are billed according to your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
You are responsible for taxes, payment method validity, and plan cancellation before renewal if you do not want to continue.
6. Service Changes
We may add, change, or remove features at any time, including beta features and integrations.
We may suspend or restrict access for security, legal, or abuse-related reasons.
7. Intellectual Property
Oreo platform software, branding, and service materials are owned by Nearzero or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute protected service components except as allowed by law.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Oreo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nearzero is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Oreo.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
